At Skinn Cave, we strive for fairness and effectiveness in our services. Please review our guidelines on cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all clients and staff members.
FOR CANCELLATIONS
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the 10% of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
WE HAVE A 30-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PACKAGE DEALS.
Should you decide to cancel your package within 30 days, you'll be charged the full price for visits you've already used and issued a refund for any remaining balance due.
Should you decide to cancel your package after 30 days, there is a $25 cancellation fee. SKiNN Cave will charge you full price for the visits you already used and issue a store credit for any remaining balance due.
If your was on an installment plan, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee and issued store credit for the remaining unused balance of your installment-paid portion to use toward the full retail price on future services or products. Unpaid installments will not be credited.
FOR NO-SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show". They will be charged 25% for their “missed” appointment.
FOR LATE-ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
